Our journey with Rohlik began in Prague with a new greenfield warehouse. Following the success there, we focused on Munich, the flagship of their expansion in Germany. The fierce competition in the German market meant we had to elevate #automation to new heights. The results? Doubling, tripling, and even quadrupling productivity in certain areas! 📈

🔔 High-Bay Warehouses: Why Are We Interested 🔔

Welcome to our series on high-bay automated warehouses in Czechia! #Warehouse automation is a precious topic to us and we’re happy to talk about it. Over the coming weeks, we'll dive into various aspects of it, starting with the basics: demographics and distribution of warehouses across the country.

📍 Current Warehouse Locations
Most logistics centers are located near major transport hubs, including areas around Prague, Brno, Plzeň, and Ostrava. These locations are chosen for their strategic advantages, such as excellent infrastructure and access to a skilled workforce.

🔍 Why These Locations?
These areas not only provide excellent transport connectivity but also have a well-developed infrastructure that supports large-scale logistics operations. The proximity to major highways and rail networks ensures efficient distribution of goods, both domestically and internationally.

Czechia has ambitious plans to expand its highway network, aiming to complete 800 kilometers of new highways by 2030. This expansion is crucial for supporting the logistics sector and ensuring efficient transportation routes for warehouses.

We are excited to announce that Logio has closed fiscal year 2024 with revenues of nearly €12.8 million and expected profits close to €2.5 million. These are the best results in our history, demonstrating our financial stability and operational excellence. 🚀

Over the past 12 months, we’ve made significant changes to our processes, transformed our consulting teams, and are now fully focused on delivering exceptional value to our clients such as Škoda Auto, Rohlik Group, Albert Česká republika, Dr.Max Česko, and Plzeňský Prazdroj.

As part of ABRA Holding and the broader European investment group Elvaston Capital Management, we’re gearing up for international expansion. Our upcoming initiatives include expanding our sales team, enhancing our AI-driven projects, and launching a new business model for our VERITICO software. Additionally, we are putting increased emphasis on supporting our customers in automating their supply chain operations. 📈
